Short story, Hire Lisa and Lauren as your realtor team. If I could give them 11/10 stars I would. Long story, Jake and I recently purchased our first house, and we always knew we wanted Lauren to be there as our realtor to help us every step of the way. We thought we were ready 3 years ago, then had to put everything on hold to save more money and work on my credit score. The whole time Lauren gave us time to get things in order, and we hadn't communicated with her at all. The time came where we were ready to work with her, and she responded to my email with the sweetest, most excited message within 5 MINUTES. She's SO FAST at communication. We got off the phone with her, and within 24 hours we had 2 showings setup for the following day. The entire process of buying a house was so quick & easy thanks to Lauren. We wanted to move relatively quickly, and she was so on-top of everything in order to make that happen. She even spoke to our lender multiple times to make communication even easier. With the help of Lisa, we couldn't have asked for a better team to work with buying our first house. They even showed up to our final signing to help, even though they aren't required to do that. They truly go above and beyond! I truly can't recommend Lisa and Lauren more! They're so kind, welcoming, understanding, an all around great humans, and phenomenal at their job. We love you guys!! Lauren and Lisa could not have made it any easier to buy a house. They were committed, caring, and extremely authentic in how they handled our buying process. They scheduled 9 private open houses for us on a few day's notice. Buying a home is daunting, but way less so with them.

My experience with Lisa started with everyone in my family telling me to call Lisa; everyone in my family have either directly or indirectly worked with Lisa and she is like family to us. It's so great to have someone like that on your side through the buying or selling process. Buying a home can be incredibly stressful but Lisa really handled all of the hard negotiations and mountains and mountains of paperwork. She would call me pretty much everyday to tell me what the progress was and I never felt like I wouldn't be able to communicate with her because she was always just a text or call or email away. I also want to give a big shout out to her daughter Lauren who she works with, Lauren really brings so much to that team and she also was so responsive and commutative; thank you so much for everything you both do and did for me throughout this process. Last thing I want to share, I was supposed to close on a day after my pre-approval was set to expire and with interest rates going up so high I wouldn't have been able to buy the place I wanted. Lisa really made it happen for me at the end there and got me into closing and everything worked out. Lisa is my favorite person as a realtor to work with. I met Lisa through random emails when I was in the process of buying my 1st home. I had no idea how the process worked was just getting things going for myself , I met some other realtor’s in person and they didn’t cut out to what Lisa is as a person that is professional, go getter , dedicated, easy to work with and gets the job done. She is quick to respond but also gives you the time to think of making a decision. A home is where you make your life memories it’s a very important decision and lisa helps in the greatest way possible to get you to that point.

Very professional, and Lisa knows what she's doing. Teaming up with her daughter, Lauren was also a big plus and made selling of our home so much easier and fun!! The biggest plus for us is that Lisa made sure that our home was ready by hiring professionals to be thoroughly cleaned inside and out (and all windows, too) and with personal touch, she made sure our home is ready to show, and it did!!
